Phoenix goes above and beyond for the students by working day and night to work with the schedules of students that have a full time job. Not only is she flexible but she manages to make connections with the students that do not have a lot of room to have many relationships. She is authentic and true to herself and the students. She is in a unique role and really does not get the recognition she deserves. I know she doesn't do it for accolades, but it would be really awesome to show her how much she is appreciated by so many. She works for all the sites and is always available to help/schedule work time and tutoring sessions with students. She is an immense blessing to so many staff and students and I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication.
