How to Become a Chapter
The Foundation welcomes inquiries from parent-led school groups interested in affiliating with us as a Chapter. Please read the attachments to learn about the benefits and requirements and contact us if you have any questions or would like to schedule a meeting.

If you are interested in becoming a Chapter, please complete the Chapter Application, which must be signed by your school principal, and return to the Foundation to be reviewed. Once approved, we will contact you to discuss next steps in becoming a Chapter.
